Refunds/Exchanges/Returns:

We do not accept returns on items unless there is a packaging defect or the item is unopened and unused. We try to go through every item to make sure you are getting the best quality but, sometimes one slips by us! Please email us with any concerns.

If you would like to exchange something, please feel free to email us! We do NOT accept exchanges if item has been more than half used.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/exchange, the cost will be deducted from your refund/exchange.

FULL Refunds and cancellations ON orders will only be given within 24 HOURS of your order being placed unless your order has been shipped already. Refunds cannot be given on pre-orders.

Shipping:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during transit! Please purchase insurance so you are covered in case something happens to your package! 

  • All items shipped are packaged securely and come with a tracking number.
  • Bokor’s Lustrate Suds will exchange an item if it arrives to you damaged.
  • Returns are not accepted on opened items. Exchanges on opened items must be reviewed by Bokor's Lustrate Suds before any exchange will be honored.
  • Shipping is non-refundable
  • Return shipping is your responsibility

If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, there is a listing for that in my products. I highly suggest getting shipping insurance. If your package is lost or stolen, and you did not purchase insurance, we are NOT responsible.
